A one-time setup and installation fee** of $200 applies to all accounts, Or you may pay $20 a month for the first year instead of the $200 up front. All Equipment including installation equipment is owned by hioconto.com and will be returned if cancellation of service is requested. 
All plans have equipment set to advertised speeds. Because of complexities of the external Internet these speeds can be achieved but are NOT GUARANTEED. Installation fee covers all necessary equipment to hook up one computer (excluding Ethernet adapter) any additional networking equipment can be purchased by the customer at any computer store (i.e. BestBuy, CompUSA, etc.)
If you cancel your service in the first 30 days you will be responsible for the full $200 of the installation.
